The material is then fixed and fixed by the cutting wheel that rotates at a high speed. During the process of strong shearing, impact, turbulence, etc. between the cutting sleeves, the material is cut in the shearing gap and quickly broken into 200um-0.2um particles. Because the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the material is in the mixing process The air bubbles generated in the process are pumped away in time. The vacuum method is adopted to prevent the produced products from being mixed with air bubbles during the mixing process, so as to ensure that high-quality products with rich luster, fineness, and good ductility can be manufactured.
