Eyedrop Liquid Filling Machine

The eyedrop filling and capping machine is suitable for liquid filling and sealing packaging processes of 2-30 ml bottles. It is fully automatic filling, plugging, and capping. It is filled with advanced piston pumps (or peristaltic pumps), and the measurement is accurate. Working flow of Eyedrop Liquid Filling Machine:

Filling, plugger, and capping are the basic functions. The bottle-feeding tray sends the bottles to the astrolabe through the conveyor line, and then the astrolabe rotates clockwise to deliver the bottles to the filling part, after filling transfers to the plugging  station for processing. Add the stopper and press the stopper, and finally enter the capping station for capping, and tighten the bottle cap with the required torque by screwing the cap to achieve the required torque. Exit the conveyor belt to proceed to the next step.
